Undanganvas (from "Undangan" + "Canvas") is a modern e-invitation platform designed for the Indonesian market under the brand "L'Amour Invitations". It enables couples to create beautiful digital wedding invitations with rich interactive features — replacing traditional paper invitations with a cost-effective, trackable, and engaging digital experience.
Fitur
Authentication & User Management
Role-based authentication via Clerk with automatic user profile synchronization to Supabase. Supports CLIENT, SUPER_ADMIN, and GUEST roles with protected routes via Next.js middleware and role-based access control for admin pages.
Multi-Theme Template System
A Template Intelligence System powering multiple themed engines: Tema2 (5 variants: elegant-romance, modern-minimalist, luxury-gold, nature-organic, classic-vintage), Tema3 (Sage Botanical), and Art Ecosystem theme. Each theme comprises 15+ section types including cover, countdown, profile, story, location, gallery, video, live streaming, RSVP, guestbook, gifts, and closing.
Interactive Invitation Builder
Step-by-step invitation creation workflow with template selection, data input (groom/bride names, wedding date, venue, love story, photo gallery), music player, and real-time preview. Supports invitation duplication for rapid creation of multiple invitations.
Guest Management System
Comprehensive guest list management with manual entry and bulk import via XLSX/Excel files. Each guest receives a unique personalized link (slug) for tracking. Features include guest view tracking, attendance status monitoring, and guest statistics dashboard.
RSVP Management
Multi-session event support (akad, resepsi, after-party) with guest count tracking, dietary restrictions, personalized messages, and real-time RSVP statistics showing attending, not attending, and pending counts.
Real-time Analytics Dashboard
Event tracking for every visitor interaction: page views, RSVP submissions, guestbook entries, gift sends, music plays, map clicks, and share clicks. Per-invitation analytics with device type, OS, browser, referrer, and geographic location data.
Landing Page with CMS
Professional landing page featuring hero section, social proof, template showcase, how-it-works guide, feature highlights, pricing comparison, and FAQ. FAQs and settings are fully manageable by super admins through the content management panel.
Admin Panel
Full-featured admin dashboard for managing templates (CRUD with video and ornament assets), all user invitations, platform-wide analytics, payment transactions, user accounts, landing page content (FAQs and settings), and system configuration.
Payment System (Midtrans)
Two payment flows: premium template purchases and invitation publish fee (Rp 15.000). Uses Midtrans Snap API supporting multiple payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri), QRIS, and convenience stores (Indomaret, Alfamart). Includes webhook-based payment verification with signature validation.
Security & Reliability
JWT-based Supabase integration via Clerk, webhook signature verification (Svix for Clerk, SHA512 for Midtrans), PostgreSQL race condition handling, role-based API protection, and comprehensive error handling with user-friendly loading and error states.
